‘FORGE AT GORT’ LITERARY FESTIVAL RUN-UP ON YOUTUBE!
No one can ever accuse the Western Writers’ Centre of being behind the door when it comes to technology. Anyone wanting a more visual outline of what’s happening at our March 26th and 27th ‘Forge at Gort’ festival can check out our promo video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWtJ0Q7Wi5s and no, it did not get nominated for the Oscars but it’s well worth a peek. Remember that ALL THE EVENTS AT THIS FESTIVAL ARE FREE. Anyone who wishes to become a ‘Friend of the Centre’ should contact Fred Johnston or Niamh O’Shea at westernwriters@eircom.net

Nice, nice job on the utube piece. It’s very informative and adds a nice history and background to the festival. I attended last year and loved it. I especially love the great line up for this year. Like you note, there’s something for everyone.
best of luck

Hi Fred
Good to see YouTube used in this way - great idea. But I’d also have a list of the line up on your site - the more info available on the event the better. Looking forward to doing our short interview to promote the event on Arts Brew - internet radio show.
Best of luck with the event.
